Refund policy

The customer claims that the transaction is fraudulent; however, this allegation does not align with how our store operates.

Our company does not have access to customers’ credit card details and cannot place orders on behalf of customers. To complete a purchase, the customer must access our website and manually enter their payment information, in compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.

Additionally, the customer did not contact our support team at any point to report a potential fraud or request an investigation, which would have allowed us to promptly review the case.

As a result, we were not given the opportunity to evaluate the claim before the dispute was opened, making the chargeback not valid, as the transaction followed all required security protocols.
